Helmets for Haiti
Motorcycles are the main mode for transportation for thousands in rural Haiti. These motorcycles often carry 3-5 people at a time, including toddlers and newborn babies. The cost to purchase a helmet is about $40 USD, something few people can afford.  A family of 5 would have to spend almost half of their yearly salary just to protect themselves in the case of a motorcycle crash.Â
Our current Helmets for Haiti project provides helmets to anyone in the community who would need it, complete with a Bible verse, to save lives and save souls.
